As a movement coach, I work with clients of all ages to help them maintain their functional abilities, improve flexibility and help them continue to do the everyday activities they love. My approach doesn't focus on putting in hundreds of hours in the gym, but rather incorporating functional exercises into your daily routine to help you maintain and improve your health, fitness and quality of movement.

As an ACSM certified personal trainer, I prioritize function over aesthetics because I believe the quality of our movement - and quality of life - is of the utmost importance. No matter what age or condition there is a way to enhance quality of life through movement. My extensive experience allows me to guide my students and their success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, improve their overall body function and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction.
My approach to movement and mobility coaching
I focus on exposing students to multiple facets of movement training and how they can implement movement techniques into their everyday lives. My services include one-one- one movement coaching (in-person or online), small group instruction, corporate instruction, and personal fitness training. While my home base is the Manchester, NH region, I support clients through New Hampshire and beyond, offering flexibility through in-person and video sessions.
